On September 17th, the Kennewick Police Department said Happy Retirement to Officer Stan Howard. Officer Howard is a veteran of the Marine Corps, serving our country from 1987 to 1991 before coming into law enforcement. Officer Dale Kuehny is retiring after 12 years of service to the Kennewick Police Department. Officer Kuenhy came to KPD after serving the City of Connell for 12 years, in which he left as the acting Chief and was a sergeant before. Masks Required To Be Worn In Public As Tri-Cities Ask The State To Reopen More

The Benton Franklin Health District officer is directing people in the Tri-Cities area to wear face coverings in public. Dr. Amy Person issued the directive to take effect Monday, June 8. On Sunday the Tigard POA helped a family create some memories. Jerry is a 13 year old Golden Retriever who has been diagnosed with stage 4 Lymphoma and has 7-10 days left.
