On September 17th, the Kennewick Police Department said Happy Retirement to Officer Stan Howard.

Officer Howard is a veteran of the Marine Corps, serving our country from 1987 to 1991 before coming into law enforcement. In 1999 Officer Howard was hired and during his career served as a patrol officer, a criminal apprehension detective, a motor officer and as a training officer teaching fresh new officers out of the academy how Kennewick operates and works.

We thank Officer Howard for his many years of dedicated service to our country and our community. I am sure Stan will have no problems enjoying retirement.
